| | Ran from Sugar House to Tanner Park, ran on the parkway trail and ran pack to Sugar House.

| | Ran from Park & Ride to wasatch drive. Ran 3 mile tempo. And ran back to the Park & Ride.

| | Ran from Liberty Park to Granite High School. Ran a Mile of speed changes. Ran 3 sets of 400 M. Did two lap jogs in between each set of 400 's. Ran back to Liberty Park.

| | Ran from Sunnyside to the the freeway flag pole and back to Sunnyside

| | Ran for an hour straight doing fartlicks at Sugar House park, plus one warm-up lap and a cool down lap.
